About Laura Jacquier
Founder and Principal Advisor,
Jacquier Communication & Change
I founded Jacquier Communication & Change on a simple conviction: organizations only grow sustainably when their people are genuinely on board. Not just informed. Not just aligned on paper. But truly engaged, understanding the direction, believing in it, and willing to move with it.
That conviction has shaped my entire career. It's also why I work the way I do: not handing over a strategy deck and stepping back, but staying in the room alongside your team, co-building the narrative, the tools, and the approach that make change real for people.
Background
Before founding JC&C in 2021, I spent more than two decades inside large, complex international organizations, including Nissan, ENGIE, and CWT, leading global communication and change functions and supporting leaders through some of their most demanding transformations. I know what it feels like to be on the inside of a major change initiative, under pressure to communicate clearly when the message is complicated, and the stakes are high.
That experience is what I bring to every client engagement. I understand your constraints, your internal dynamics, and the challenge of getting people genuinely on board in a large organization.
How I work
I work as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on partner. I don't just define the approach and leave. I stay close to the work: writing the content, preparing the leaders, building the tools, and making sure everything lands in practice, not just on paper. You get one partner who thinks at the strategic level and delivers at the operational level.
My approach combines head, heart, and hands: the clarity to define the right direction, the human sensitivity to engage people authentically, and the rigor to make it real.
I am Prosci certified, which means my change communication work is grounded in a proven, structured methodology.
An international perspective
Born and educated in the United States and based in the Paris region for over 20 years, I bring a bilingual and bicultural perspective that is rare in the French market. I think and write with Anglo-Saxon clarity and directness, and I understand French organizational culture from the inside. This combination enables me to offer valuable insights for international teams that operate across different languages and cultures.
