Jacquier Communication & Change is live

I am happy to share that I have decided to embark on a new, entrepreneurial adventure with the creation of a freelance consultancy in internal communication and change management đź“Ł.

A lot of you have asked, “Why take the risk?” “Why now?” While I am not a fan of answering a question with a question, the only response I can give is, “What am I waiting for?”

Like so many people, the past couple of years have put a lot into perspective, personally and professionally. Even though I have loved working for the past 15 years in global leadership roles at NISSAN, CWT and ENGIE, I am at a stage in my career where I want more: more challenges, more learning, more variety, more flexibility, and more meaning.

If you have worked with me, you know that I am passionate about helping employees feel a deeper connection to their work and each other. This not only makes life at work more enjoyable, but it also helps companies perform better. Throughout my career, I have helped leaders communicate and manage change more impactfully and effectively. This move allows me to continue on a freelance basis: advising clients, coaching teams, building strategies, managing communication and change projects, and creating impactful campaigns and content.

I would like to thank all of my ENGIE colleagues for what I have learned over the past three years. It was a pleasure sharing this part of my journey with you, and I wish you the best moving forward. Thank you also to my guides and mentors, who have helped me with the COURAGE to make this leap. I am forever grateful. 🙏
